Academy Application which includes a part completed by the parents and a part completed by the young women. She also writes two essays. Then, her former school completes three recommendations; one from a Guidance Counselor, Principal, or Homeroom Teacher, one from her English teacher, and one from her Math teacher. An interview is required, as well as a transcript, birth certificate, and health forms.
