Reflections and Advice:

1.) What do you think makes your school unique relative to other boarding schools?
Our school is located in a small city and is a small school but the school still organizes trips and outings for us. They have transportation and prepare anything we need. We have a say in anything we want and we have meals prepared for us. These meals are nice and come from anywhere in the world and the school offers Halal food which is a must for me.
2.) What was the best thing that happened to you in boarding school?
I liked exploring Ottawa and going to the Rideau Center.
3.) What might you have done differently during your boarding school experience?
Arrive on time to Lunch and Dinner but you can arrive from 8:10 to 8:30 to breakfast so sleep extra.
4.) What did you like most about your school?
The bed sizes and the food.
5.) Do you have any final words of wisdom for visiting or incoming students to your school?
Definitely go to the ice cream shops in the summer and put some leftovers from your favourite dinners in the fridge.

Academics:

1.) Describe the academics at your school - what did you like most about it?
I liked how the classes are small. With small classes like these it means that the teacher has more time to help you and I like the food they offer. The school prepares Halal options for every meal. They prepare food from all around the world and offer students the opportunity to give the school cooks some recipes from home to eat what they like.

Athletics:

1.) Describe the athletics at your school - what did you like most about it?
We haven't done the athletics program yet but we do have Co Curricular's. These are activities we have twice a week for 1 hour. We have had soccer as athletic options based on what the students chose. I liked how we students were given the choice between athletic choices or artistic ones.

Art, Music, and Theatre:

1.) Describe the arts program at your school - what did you like most about it?
I didn't partake in these yet.

Extracurricular Opportunities:

1.) Describe the extracurriculars offered at your school - what did you like most about it?

Dorm Life:

1.) Describe the dorm life in your school - what did you like most about it?
We have dorm rooms for 2 people. we have doors that automatically lock nd act student has a key to access the building and their rooms. We have queen sized beds and a bathroom in each room. We have 2 hours of study per day, 5 days a week.

Dining:

1.) Describe the dining arrangements at your school.
I like the Halal and international options to eat at every meal.

Social and Town Life:

1.) Describe the school's town and surrounding area.
I like how small it is and how there is most of what we need right next to the school. Merrickville the town where the school is is a touristic town and has multiple ice cream shops and cafés.
2.) Describe the social life at your school - what did you like most about it?
I like how we have a big building with multiple common rooms and a field in the back. We have plenty of time to study and socialize.
