Reflections and Advice:

1.) What do you think makes your school unique relative to other boarding schools?
One aspect that makes The King’s Academy unique compared to other schools is its strong Christian foundation, which is integrated into both academics and student life. Teachers not only focus on providing a high-quality education but also emphasize faith-based learning, helping students grow spiritually as well as intellectually.
2.) What was the best thing that happened to you in boarding school?
The best thing that's happened to me at The King's Academy is the growth in my confidence and leadership skills. I've taken on more responsibility, especially with the ISP Council, and have learned how to communicate and collaborate with others.
3.) What might you have done differently during your boarding school experience?
If I could change anything, I would have gotten involved in extracurriculars sooner to fully experience the community. My advice for incoming students is to embrace the opportunities available and don't be afraid to try new things.
4.) What did you like most about your school?
What I liked most about The King's Academy is the balance between academics, faith, and extracurricular activities. The teachers are incredibly supportive, and there's a strong sense of community among students, which makes it a great environment for personal growth.
5.) Do you have any final words of wisdom for visiting or incoming students to your school?
For new students, l'd recommend checking out all the extracurricular activities early on to find where you can get involved. Don't be afraid to ask questions and make connections with your peers, as they'll help you settle in.

The academics at The King’s Academy are engaging and challenging, with a strong emphasis on both academic excellence and spiritual growth. What I liked most about it was the dedicated teachers who genuinely care about our success and go the extra mile to help us understand the material. The school provides a well-rounded education, integrating faith with learning, which makes every class more meaningful.

Athletics:

1.) Describe the athletics at your school - what did you like most about it?
The athletics program at The King’s Academy is diverse and offers a wide range of sports, allowing students to explore their interests and develop their skills. What I liked most about it is the opportunity to participate in so many different sports, which fosters both individual growth and team spirit. Whether it’s basketball, soccer, or any other sport, there’s always something for everyone. The coaches are supportive and dedicated, helping athletes improve and push their limits.

Art, Music, and Theatre:

The Visual Arts, Music, and Theatre program at The King’s Academy offers a wide variety of classes, such as photography, art, painting, theater, and so on, making it easy for everyone to find something they enjoy. What I liked most about it is how inclusive and diverse the offerings are, allowing students to explore different forms of creative expression. Whether it’s capturing a moment through a camera lens or performing on stage, there’s an opportunity for every student to develop their artistic talents. The teachers are passionate and supportive, fostering an environment where creativity can truly flourish.
