The girls of Linden Hall have been defying expectations since 1746.
As America's oldest independent boarding and day school for girls, we enroll 115 students in grades 6-12 and our stellar post-graduate program.
We fly airplanes, build robots, recite Shakespeare, psychoanalyze Batman, win art competitions, gallop across campus on horseback, and so much more! Located in "America's Coolest Small Town" of Lititz, Pennsylvania, our historic 49-acre campus in the heart of Amish Country is just steps from pizza shops, ice cream parlors, cafes, local chocolate, and the nation's oldest pretzel factory.
Linden Hall is also easily accessible from major transport hubs like Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC, and New York City.
Girls come to Linden Hall from 15 states and more than two dozen countries.
Our rigorous college-preparatory curriculum includes more than 20 AP classes as well as dual-enrollment offerings, yet our average class size is only 8 students.
Each year, our graduates receive offers of admission to some of the best colleges across the globe including Yale, Princeton, Stanford, Harvard, Johns Hopkins, Duke, Barnard, Swarthmore, Amherst, Wellesley, USC, McGill, and the University of Edinburgh.
Excited yet?! We'd love to show you if Linden Hall is the right match for you.
