1.) What do you think makes your school unique relative to other boarding schools?
My time at Camden military was one of the best things I have done. It shaped me into a better and more independent individual. My grades skyrocketed so much since leaving my old school, and it has also taught me many valuable life lessons.
2.) What was the best thing that happened to you in boarding school?
The best thing that happened to me was my drastic improvement in my grades.
3.) What might you have done differently during your boarding school experience?
If I were to do anything differently, I would have come my freshman year instead of Junior year.
4.) What did you like most about your school?
What I liked most about my school was the teachers who cared so much about our academics and our well-being.
5.) Do you have any final words of wisdom for visiting or incoming students to your school?
Do good work abs don’t be lazy.

Academics:

1.) Describe the academics at your school - what did you like most about it?
What I most liked about my academics was the small classroom environment. This allowed the kids to make strong relationships with the teachers. We were also able to come see them anytime after school, when we needed help in their class.

Athletics:

The athletics allowed everyone to participate no matter how good or bad you were.

Art, Music, and Theatre:

Mrs. Thaxton did an amazing job with the theatre program at CMA.

Extracurricular Opportunities:

1.) Describe the extracurriculars offered at your school - what did you like most about it?
We had lots of clubs and organizations that the teachers were involved in, which was really cool.

Dorm Life:

Dorms were college style dorms that we kept to military standard every day.

Dining:

1.) Describe the dining arrangements at your school.
We went to buffet style this year because of COVID. But I preferred Family Style.

Social and Town Life:

It’s a small, quiet town

Everyone had friends, we were a brotherhood, there weren’t any big cliques so everyone was included.
